If you would like to renew your membership, please follow the 2 steps below:
1. Download & complete the forms
2. Send the completed form along with your payment to:

New Member Applications
New Member Applications can download the 2 attached files and send the complete forms along with your payment to:
Network Limerick Membership Officer, C/O Dorothy Quinn, Powerfield, Fedamore, Co.Limerick.
Cheques should be made payable to Network Limerick.
New Member Applications should also be accompanied with details of the Network Member who is proposing and seconding the application. Your application will then be reviewed by the Membership Committee, whowill then advise you if your application has been approved.
