Lynda Foley a former graduate of Cornell University and Dublin College of Catering is currently employed as General Manager of the 4 Star Harlequin Boutique Hotel. As General Manager of the business, she has direct responsibility for a number of key areas: Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Management of Finance Department, Financial Reporting to Directors, Implementation of Internal Control and Service Standards.

She has been with the company for over three years and has driven the business in an industry dominated by males at management level, Lynda has not only reached the highest standards – she has set them. She has driven profitability and cost-cutting at the Harlequin Hotel. She has become a role model for businesswomen in the west, and everywhere, by being the face of the Harlequin during these exciting times for the business. Lynda is currently the Public Relations Officer for Network Mayo (for women in business). In 2010 she won Network Ireland National Employee of the Year.
